One Redwood shoot
Three short ad videos showing the apartments, amenities and location. Planning, filming, editing and one revision round included.
We’ll film Redwood, run Facebook and Instagram ads, and send interested renters to your leasing team.
30-day pilot. No retainer. Ad spend separate.
Prepared for
Zahlco.
Three short ad videos showing the apartments, amenities and location. Planning, filming, editing and one revision round included.
Facebook and Instagram setup, ad copy, creative testing and ongoing adjustments throughout the 30-day pilot.
A dedicated form capturing contact details, rental budget and move-in timing, with inquiries delivered to your team.
Weekly reviews of spend and inquiries. Track tours, applications and leases using updates from your leasing team.
The concern from our call was lead quality. We’ll make Redwood’s rent, unit sizes and availability clear before someone submits an inquiry.
Agree on available units, pricing, the lead definition and ad budget. Schedule the shoot, create the ads and get your approval.
Test the three videos, review inquiries weekly and adjust based on performance and feedback from leasing. Your team handles follow-up, tours and screening.
Review total spend, qualifying inquiries and the tours, applications and leases reported by your team. Decide together whether to continue.
No cap on qualifying inquiries or lead fees. Our fee is $200 multiplied by the number of qualifying inquiries.
A new prospect from this campaign who provides valid contact details, states a budget and move-in date that fit the advertised availability, and requests contact about renting at Redwood.
Duplicates, existing prospects, vendors, job inquiries, spam and invalid contact details don’t count.
This is a rental inquiry, not a screened applicant. Budget and timing are self-reported. Zahlco handles credit checks and approval; a tour or signed lease is not guaranteed.
We propose up to $2,000 in Meta ad spend for the pilot, paid directly by Zahlco. Any increase needs your approval.
Assumes the full $2,000 ad budget is spent. The slider is an example, not a cap or a promise of lead volume.
Inquiries are recorded in a shared lead log and checked against existing prospects supplied by Zahlco. Each prospect is counted once during the pilot.
Review the log weekly and flag invalid or existing prospects within seven days of each review. Fees are invoiced after the end-of-pilot reconciliation. Disputed records remain unbilled until resolved.
A later non-response, no-show or application denial does not by itself invalidate an inquiry that met the agreed criteria. Actual Meta spend is payable even if no inquiries qualify.
The pilot covers one property, one shoot and three ad videos. Extra shoots, an organic posting program, outreach calls and custom CRM development are not included. The pilot does not automatically renew.
If the approach works for Zahlco, we’ll confirm the lead definition, ad budget, availability and handoff process in writing, then schedule filming.
The 30-day pilot starts when the approved ads go live.
